We accept only quality merchandise in excellent condition

Clothing Sizes newborn to 14. Up-to-date, seasonal, clean, ironed, free of stains and tears. We only accept the best. Think boutique, not yard sale! We provide all clothes hangers. Items that are stained, torn, dingy, etc. will not be held and returned to you. If we can't sell them, you probably don't want them either. We understand when you miss some issues. Clothing items must be brought in for consignement in cardboard boxes and neatly folded. If they are brought in garbage bags, shopping bags, or plastic tubs, you will be assessed a $5 per container drop-off fee, subtracted from your next check.

Toys Clean and without missing parts. All electronic toys must have working batteries. If batteries are not included, a battery fee may be assessed.
If working batteries are not present in toys, swings, bouncy seats, etc., you will be assessed a 50 cent per battery replacement fee, which will be deducted from your next check.

Furniture Must be clean and meet safety standards. Must be fully assembled.

Baby equipment and accessories Must be clean and meet safety standards. Instruction manuals are requested but not mandatory.

We do not accept:
Car seats
Cribs
Stuffed animals or dolls
Sheets, dust ruffles, curtains, bumper pads
Baby bottles
Socks, tights or underwear

Consignment Times & quantities:
Consignments are accepted during regular store hours, or any time by appointment. Consignments are limited to 50 items per appointment.
As a courtesy, please fasten all snaps, buttons and zippers before bringing in items for consignment.

Commission:
Commission is 50% of sales price. Your account will be settled on a monthly basis.
Payments may be picked up on or after the 10th of the following month during regular business hours.

Terms of Consignment:
Management will determine those items that are saleable and the sale price of each item. A list of saleable items and their respective prices will be available to the consignor upon request.

Payments to consigners will be made once per month on or after the 10th of the month.

After 60 days on the sales floor, the price will be discounted to 50% of the original price. If the item is not sold after 90 days, the item will be returned to the seller or donated to charity (your choice).


All items are left at the owner's risk. However, Kids Caboose is not responsible for damage due to handling, or loss due to fire or theft. Kids Caboose will do their utmost to protect the merchandise and to ensure a happy consignor.
